All orders will be processed and shipped within two business days from Singapore. The handling time is not included in the delivery time.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable or refused items, cancellations, and returns.

Standard delivery time: 2 -3 Days
Standard shipping fee: SGD1.90 - 3.90 for all locations within Singapore
Free standard shipping for orders above SGD50
For Worldwide Delivery:
Standard delivery time: 8-18 Days
Standard shipping fee: depending on countries, it will calculate when checking out.
Free standard shipping for orders above SGD200
Deliveries may take longer than expected during festive periods. We will communicate with you should there be a delay.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes, you can either email us at email@example.com OR WhatsApp us at +65 8779 7609 within 24 hours from yOrderrder. Please note that this may cause a delay in your expected delivery date.
WHAT TYPE OF SHIPPING ARE WE USING?
For Local, your purchase is shipped with a personal delivery service. You will receive your items right at your doorstep.

For overseas, you will expect to receive through TNT, FedEx, Aramex or your local Post Service. You will receive shipping information when your purchase has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipients will need to bear these additional charges. Please check on the customs rule and regulations before placing your order.
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. We do not accept exchange or returns.
Please note that postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellation can be done before products are shipped. Once it is shipped, cancellation is not accepted.
Incorrect/ damaged item:
1. If you have received an incorrect/ damaged item, please email us at email@example.com OR WhatsApp us at +65 8779 7609 with the subject: Incorrect/ Damaged Item received Orderrder No xxxxxxx. Please attach a photo of the wrong/damaged item within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. If the correct item is available, we will ship it out to you immediately and collect back the incorrect item.
3. If the correct item is out of stock, we will pick up the wrong item and offer you a store credit voucher that can be used for the next purchase. Once the new stock coming, we will notify you through email or WhatsApp.
