What is the difference between GLOW journal® - Junior Edition and Women Edition?

Junior Edition is for teens and young adults to discover more about themselves, practise self-care, learn how to reframe their negative self talk and manage their overthinking patterns. There are Daily check-ins for them to record their day to day thoughts, feelings and activities so they can understand themselves better.
 
Women Edition will bring you through a 30-day deep reflection with thought-provoking questions and exercises to help you rediscover yourself, learn to love yourself, work through your struggles and design your future based on your true desire. There are Monthly and Weekly Planner, Habit Tracker and Daily Check-in for you to organize your life and build healthy routines. 
 
Both offer different content and designs to help you discover yourself, love yourself more, build your mental strength and GLOW up.

Can I use Junior and Women Edition at the same time or one after another?
